On Sunday 18th December at 5pm we will gather in TUFC to sing carols by candlelight and engage with the profound Christmas story.  This year we are focussing on the fact that Jesus, like so many in our world today, was born and grew up as a boy in a displaced family.

When Jesus grew up, he talked often about people in need of hospitality and care.  He identified deeply with them and even said “in so much as you did good to the least of these people… you did good to me.” (Matthew 25:40).

We want to bless Jesus this year by giving to those who are displaced and in need of some help and care.  So a little like the wise men in the Christmas story, we want to bring our gifts (however small) and worship the King of the Jews.
